Défi

Notre client dispose d'un système bien géré et développé en interne pour son processus de gestion des ressources humaines. Ce n'est qu'avec la mise en œuvre de leur système vertical de récompenses des employés qu'ils ont été confrontés à de multiples défis. 

Le premier défi était qu'il n'existait qu'une forme de récompense en espèces et que cette dernière était distribuée avec le salaire de l'employé. Ce mode de récompense en espèces ne permettait pas à l'employé de recevoir la totalité de la valeur de la récompense, en raison d'un taux d'imposition fixe appliqué au montant de la récompense. 

La répartition du montant de la récompense sur le salaire de l'employé a également imposé des complications logistiques. Chaque fois qu'un employé était récompensé, la coordination avec plusieurs équipes - à savoir, l'équipe chargée du traitement des salaires, les gagnants et l'équipe RH-BP - était un processus fastidieux.

The HR team at our client conducts employee surveys every six months to understand the requirements of the employees. The reward mechanism came up as an issue during these surveys. The HR team contrived a solution of creating point-based rewards to resolve this issue. The following were the reasons for our client to choose Xoxoday Empuls:

The point-based rewarding process of Xoxoday is now used for multiple kinds of rewards - performance based winners, tenure awards, managers and team awards. From just having cash as a reward option, Xoxoday provided a wide variety of rewarding and redemption options across these categories of rewards. With experiences, gift vouchers and perks, the employees could redeem their rewards in a category of their choice. Resultantly, the overall participation in reward programs increased over the implementation both of the off-site and on-site employees.
