What is the role?

We are looking for an Integrations & Partnership Manager with demonstrated networking abilities. The main objective of this role would be to manage product & business partnerships for the growth of the company in terms of revenue and user base. These integration partners can be technology companies like Microsoft, Hubspot, Salesforce, Freshworks & many more OR can be consulting companies like Mercer, Aon, Accenture and more.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.
  • Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners.
  • Work closely with customer success and product teams to enable new integrations in the product. 
  • Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for partnership outreach.
  • Develop GTM and launch plans with the partners globally. 
  • Drive MQLs, SQLs and revenue through the integration partnerships. 

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 2 Years of relevant work experience.
  • An MBA from a Tier 1 institute.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proven ability towards constructive networking.
  • Team player and multitasker with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of the SaaS industry.
  • Sales and Marketing know-how.
  • Well-versed with various software such as Hubspot, Gsuite, Excel and Microsoft office.
